The three heated upper shelves are perfect for attractively displaying hot foods such as soup, pies, pasties, and pastries. With a neutral bottom deck area which is great for displaying sweet pastry’s like croissants and pain au chocolate. With accurate digital control, these hot display units are designed to maintain preheated, cooked food at a regulated temperature. In an ambient room temperature above 16C.

Designed to match Moffat refrigerated display units complete with rear sliding doors for easy back of counter food loading. The unique Moffat anodised alloy heat radiating shelf system provides a constant heat source for holding pre-heated food at a safe, regulated temperature while retaining taste and freshness.
